WARRANTY POLICY
Seal Skin manufactures high-quality covers tailored to your marine needs. Our unique business model allows us to control the entire supply chain, ensuring premium covers at affordable prices. Seal Skin Covers warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship.
The warranty period for our products begins on the purchase date by the original customer. Seal Skin Covers guarantees to repair or replace, once, any product that under normal conditions of use and service, and proper installation, proves defective in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original customer and is non-transferable. It applies specifically to the cover only and does not include accessories.
While Seal Skin Covers covers all repair or replacement costs under warranty, shipping fees may vary depending on the product purchased. The warranty includes one full replacement within the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation, or operation. It also excludes unauthorized repairs, the use of unauthorized parts, and inadequate maintenance. Aesthetic issues such as staining, fading over time, spills, or bleeding are not covered. It is your responsibility to take necessary precautions to protect yourself and your vehicle when using the cover. Seal Skin is not liable for damages to the vehicle, only for the cover itself.
We can only exchange your cover for the exact model you originally ordered. After the initial 30-day period, concerns about color or fit are not covered under warranty.
If you are submitting a warranty claim, our customer service team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide the shipping details for your replacement cover within 72 hours.
WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
Please be sure to include your name, order number, email and phone number. Also be sure to include the reason for your request and what you would like us to do to help resolve your issue.
Once your request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your request and a customer service representative will review your request and follow up with you within 24-48 hours. Please do not re-submit ticket requests or leave additional voicemails during this time as they can confuse the representative working to help you on your account.
