Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday.To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please verify your shipping address located on your receipt. If you have not received your email receipt by the end of the business day , please contact our customer service department to verify your email. You will be charged for any packages that have to be rerouted after the package has been shipped.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service or UPS. Seal Skin Covers does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
All packages are sent via UPS Standard Ground, P.O Box Addresses require USPS which require 2-3 Business Days to Process.

Expedited shipping is available . Expedite orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from the order date.
We will gladly ship your product overseas! However, these orders are not eligible for free shipping, free exchanges, or returns and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties.
