Returns/Exchange Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re not happy with your order and would like to exchange or return it please fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving your order and our customer support team will do their best to resolve your concern as fast as possible. All orders are final after 30 days of original order date.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING SEAL SKINCOVERS
With SealSkinCovers, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase no worries we can help. You can return or exchange your order. (Returns and exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging or your return or exchange can be denied).
SealSkin Covers guarantees the covers you purchase will arrive in new condition, be free of defects and will properly fit the vehicle for which you ordered. If your item fails to meet the criteria above SealSkin Covers will exchange the item at no cost. Will send a prepaid shipping label to return the item and ship out the new item at no cost. Customers have 7 business days to report a defect item. Past 7 business days, items can no longer be exchanged and will be considered a warranty. Orders returned for a refund are subject to a 18% shipping & convenience fee to help clean up, package and re stock the item. SealSkin Covers will process all returns and refunds within 30 days of original order date. After 30 days all orders are final.

Once a request is submitted customer service will review your account details and request for approval. Once approved you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return or exchange your cover at the email associated with your account. Please allow 1-2 business days hours to receive approval of your request and a shipping label to be sent Once a shipping label is sent you can simply print it out and attach it to return shipment and drop it off at any UPS location or schedule a pick up by calling UPS directly. Within 24-48 hours of the return of your item we will send out your new cover and or issue your refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will gladly ship your product overseas! However, these orders are not eligible for free shipping, free exchanges, or returns and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These fees are not determined until the product crosses the border. Therefore, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. All Internatonal orders are final.
Custom Patio Covers
Custom Patio Covers are fully custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. The production process for Patio Covers takes up to 2 weeks for stitching and manufacturing, followed by an additional week for delivery. All Patio Cover orders are final.
Custom Seat Covers
Custom seat covers are fully custom covers that are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom Seat Covers can take 3-4 weeks to stitch & manufacture. All custom seat cover orders are final.
Holiday Return Policy
We will be extending our return period for any orders between November 23rd until December 25th. Any orders placed between those dates will be able to be returned or exchanged their order up until January 15.
