Snowmobile Cover Installation Guide
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE USE
Surface Condition
The surface must be clean, completely dry, and free of wax, polish, sealant, or chemical residue before installation. Installing on a wet or recently treated surface may cause staining or damage. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage due to improper installation or surface condition.
High Wind Areas
Use and tighten all straps and buckles beneath your snowmobile to properly secure the cover. Make sure it is tight and does not move or get blown around, adjusting as needed.
Trailering
Always secure and tighten all straps when transporting your snowmobile on a trailer or open vehicle. Failure to do so may result in damage to the cover or vehicle, and the cover could come loose and cause injury. Do not exceed 65 mph during transport.
Installation
All Seal Skin Snowmobile Covers are rolled and packaged with the front end facing outward. The “FRONT” tag is sewn into the inside hem of the cover.
Step 1
Identify the front (arrow label) and place the cover over your snowmobile from front to back, making sure it is fully centered and covers all key areas including the struts.
Step 2
Cover any sharp points (such as a windshield corner) with a cloth or a sponge to avoid stressing your cover when it is stretched tight across your snowmobile.
Step 3
Find the label with arrows sewn into the hem of the cover-this is the front of your cover. Now stretch the cover down over your Snowmobile, ensuring the front struts are covered. Straps and buckles secure the cover's front corners to the sled's mounts.

Secure & Finish
There are three tension panels with webbing and metal hooks to secure the trailering cover. The hooks can be attached to the sled or the trailer.
Do a final check and adjust all straps to ensure the cover is tight, stable, and properly fitted.
If you plan to cover your snowmobile while transporting it on a trailer or open vehicle, you must use and carefully tighten all the provided straps to hold your cover down in the winds created by high-speed travel. Therefore, when first using your cover for highway travel, we suggest you check your cover after you have driven a short distance.
