“From start to finish, it was all bad. First I was sent the wrong cover, then after a painstaking process I was sent a return label no packaging to fold the huge cover back up and fit it back in the vacuum sealed bag it came in which would not Happen of course but, I was required to send it back for inspection first then if approved they would then send me the correct cover!? When I replied to the email about my concerns, no responses ever came. So I called the company and was met with absolute unprofessionalism. The rep didn't state the company name or their name just HELLO? When I asked where I called, it seemed to irritate the rep so they snapped at me. I finally explained the situation and how like every other company that screwed up , why wouldn't. They immediately send out the right product with a return label? He just said 'yea, that's the policy!' And left it at that. I was shocked at the lack of appreciation for a customer , no apologies no so sorry for the inconvenience, nothing! I later escalated the call to a manger who was nice but again it's their policy. She called me later and offered to charge me 60% of the new cover and refund it later but it was still to little too late. I realized my cover I have now still had a warranty so I used them and they were so happy to hear from even though it was a warranty call, I'll just use them from now on. I would avoid this company they clearly only want that initial sale , then they inundate you with SO much spam, but good luck if you need anything else from the other than spending money. Even to write a review you have to request access from this specific company that handles their reviews , no Google reviews or anything else like normal companies which is why I assume they advertise their high satisfaction review ratings , they are controlled on who can submit one !”
